Bristol Rovers Women's and Bitton AFC Girls made the journey to Swindon Town Foundation on Thursday (24th February) to take part in the #PLKicks 15 years celebrations.
For the last 15 years, Premier League Kicks has been working in local communities to inspire thousands of young people. By engaging them in constructive activities, including a wide variety of sports, coaching, music and educational and personal development sessions, communities up and down the country have been transformed with impressive football and sports participation rates and the authorities reporting significant reductions in anti-social behaviour in the areas in which it is delivered.
As part of our recent partnership with Bitton AFC, the 'Gas Girls' invited eight players to come along and take part in six-a-side friendly tournament to against teams representing Cardiff City, Plymouth Argyle, Bristol City, Portsmouth and Southampton.
